Tim Harkema

Executive Chairman & Co-CEO

Tim joined Network Innovations in 1991 and became President and CEO in 1996.

He led the company through a period of rapid growth scaling its capabilities to support Canadian, US and other coalition forces serving in Afghanistan. Tim is most proud of the opportunity to serve the brave men and women of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) for over eight years, during which he acted as the programme director.

In 2008, Tim began globally expanding the company through a series of acquisitions of complementary and like-minded companies in Canada, the U.S., the Netherlands, Afghanistan and Africa. In 2015, Tim set the stage for the next phase of our development by hiring a president to meet the growing demands of a more complex and diverse global business.
