Roly has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, focusing on sales and strategic solutions. Before joining Network Innovations, Roly held executive leadership roles at Comtech Communications and iDirect Government, where he played a key role in scaling revenue growth and developing innovative sales strategies. A former USMC Reservist and Honor Graduate of the Naval Air Training Center, Roly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Shenandoah University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
