Cliff Melton

Cliff served in the USN as a nuke electrician on the submarine fleet. After being honorably discharged, he worked for the next 17 years on the fishing and workboat fleet out of Seattle for Sea Technology Company as an electrician, foreman and eventually as part owner. Cliff joined Fusion Marine Technology in 2011 as President and co-owner. Under his leadership, Fusion rapidly expanded their customer base and moved into new markets in areas such as DOD, research vessels and a panel building shop.

Fusion joined the NI group in 2018. Fusion joined the NI group in 2018, and in 2019 Cliff assumed the role of President of the combined Network Innovations and Fusion teams united under the Fusion Marine brand.
